Memories (2026)

This year, I first noticed the early signs of spring while dropping my daughter off for her weekly Girl Guide meeting at a local church. The building, a stunning brick and stone edifice, stands as a significant landmark in our neighbourhood, serving as both a meeting place and a hub for the community. This series draws inspiration from the vibrant freshness of spring , contrasting beautifully with the enduring permanence and richness of community.  Each piece is painted on pages from A History of Westminster United Church, 1892-1992.
